We are seeking a motivated Assistant Engineer (Sales & Marketing Support) to join our dynamic team! This role will serve as a bridge between our engineering, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and support. Job Scope:

Technical Support for Sales Team:

• Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to the sales team during customer meetings, presentations, and calls.
• Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and comparison reports for sales presentations.

Customer Interaction & Troubleshooting:

• Assist in addressing technical inquiries from clients and help troubleshoot product-related issues.
• Participate in customer meetings to explain technical aspects of UF membranes and their applications.

Project Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to support technical aspects of client projects, including sizing and selecting appropriate UF membrane products for specific applications.
• Monitor project timelines and provide updates to the sales team to ensure smooth coordination with customers.

Market Research & Product Development Input:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor products, and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to the R&D and production teams regarding potential improvements or modifications to the UF membrane products based on customer feedback and market demand.

Training & Product Demonstrations:

• Organize and conduct product training sessions for the sales team, distributors, and customers.
• Assist in product demonstrations and pilot installations for potential clients to showcase membrane performance.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
• Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, product performance, and sales support activities.

Collaboration with Marketing Team:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop technical content for brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, such as exhibitions, webinars, and customer workshops.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field).
• Knowledge of water treatment or membrane technology is a plus.

Technical Knowledge:

• Ability to read technical drawings and understand product specifications.
• Familiar with AutoCAD or Solidworks
• Programming and Data analysis will be a plus

Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and prepare technical reports.

Problem-Solving & Collaboration:

• Good analytical skills to troubleshoot and address customer needs.
• Team player with the ability to work across different departments.

We are looking for a Senior Pre-sales Engineer (Cybersecuity) to develop good working relationship with the sales team to identify and work on sales opportunities and driving it to closure. Together with sales, the incumbent is responsible but not limited to the following:

• Execute the sales strategy, working with supporting business unit within Cyber DBA to obtain support to assist the sales team to deliver the required results.
• Be the technology and solution advisors with sound knowledge in the cybersecurity domain.
• Act as solution consultant that can speak to the security landscape, architectural models and solutions credibly, and possess the ability to discuss and present to senior members of a client team.
• Conversant in solution design methodologies and security by design guideline (e.g. Best Practices type of approaches) and have the ability to generate high quality artifacts such as requirements artifacts, high level and detailed designs and deployment plans.
• Have an understanding across breadth of cyber technology domains which includes but not limited to Network Security, Endpoint Security, Security Consulting, Incident Response, Threat Detection, and Managed Security solutions and understanding the inter-relationships between major components.
• Lead and shape client expectations.
• Be a primary facilitator and lead large groups.
• Help drive pursuits and engage in deals as a team, matching outcomes to expectations.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience working in a pre-sales capacity related to cybersecurity domain such as Network Security, Endpoint Security, Security Consulting, Incident Response, SIEM, Threat Detection and Managed Security solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of security solutions and technologies, including:

1. Operating System, Network architecture/implementation/configuration experience
2. Network Security like next generation firewall technologies, network detection and response technologies
3. Endpoint Security like anti-virus, and EDR solutions
4. Cyber security anomalies detection and response like SIEM and SOAR

• Familiar with defence regularity compliance
• Strong technical skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner. Set and manage expectations with senior stakeholders and team members
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives
• History of creating rapport with customers at all levels
• Understand and be conversant about Cyber Security Domains
• Professional security related qualification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, GCIA etc
• Comfortable working in a project based / client serving model

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage activities of Engineering Service and develop Custom Solutions strategies based on customer profiles to drive collaborate closely with the Sales Department to market and sell Custom Solutions, Onsite Services, and Training offerings. Responsibilities

· Assembly of Electrical control panels/junction boxes according to pecifications and standard operation

procedures

· Perform inspection and electrical functions testing on panel/case

· To carry out troubleshooting on electrical switchboard and generator service report

· Have knowledge on CCTV system, door access system, fire alarm system and telephone system

· Correctly using hand tools and test equipment to be able to determine the main cause of all electrical problems.

· Properly connect wires to transformers, circuit breakers and other electrical components.

· Inspecting electrical equipment, systems and components to be able to identify any defects, hazards, or a need

for repair and adjustment.

Requirements

· At least NTC/NITEC or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to invite to end-user events (either joint / M.Tech own events)
• Collaborating with sales & marketing teams to schedule appointments, demos or consultations for qualified leads (vendor campaign)
• Engage with potential customers professionally and persuasively, clearly articulating the features, advantages and benefits of our vendor products / end-user events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
• Identify and qualify sales leads, capture essential customer information, and assess their needs to tailor appropriate vendor solutions
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (Netsuite)
• Assist the Marketing Manager in managing some vendor products (smaller tier)
