Responsibilities

• Assist the team leader with the coordination of architectural works.
• Review the working drawing, specifications and requirements. Highlight any technical issues and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal team (Structural and M&E) on requirements of architectural design and compliances.
• Coordinate and follow up the DAR submissions.
• Coordinate all type of documents used for approval process to relevant parties.
• Arrange coordination meetings with archi contractors and prepares the minutes of discussion.
• Participates in the architectural coordination meeting with LTA and AE.
• Attend and follow up the mock-up inspection and trade demo.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural with minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience with main construction. Preferably with MRT experience.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communicate effectively.

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant programs.

Role Summary

This role is for a technical support position and they will be responsible for overseeing the project initiated by APAC Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) team. They must ensure that the project deliverables are delivered on time and aligned to agreed SLAs and processes.

They will help ensure the quality of IaaS services remains consistently high, that operating policies are developed or are strictly followed, and adhere to all IT security policies to maintain system integrity and quality.

Main Responsibilities

Technical Management

• Responsible for the overall BAU support operations of IaaS systems in APAC (infrastructure in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan) and regional oversight of the rest of APAC countries.

Business relationships

• Work closely with all major business stakeholders, and any team(s) with direct influence and dependencies.
• Must know how to build strong working relationships with our customers and partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• More than 3 years of technical experience with the majority spent in a Bank or Financial Institute.
• Must have experience working on virtual technology platform VMware websphere 6.x or Microsoft HyperV 2019.
• Must know how to manage Active Directory for the authentication and privilege account management.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English in order to effectively communicate with English-speaking stakeholders. Eg. Able to break down complex technical situations and communicate with non-technical managers and very technical Level 3 senior system administrators.
• Candidate must be competent on how to manage the OS on physical servers and virtual servers.
