Fleet Maintenance:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Project and Product Managers and Engineers to facilitate the testing of our products and solutions both in controlled lab environments and during field trials. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive testing plans, ensuring the quality and performance of our offerings meet the highest standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Project and Product Managers to organize field testing and demonstrations for Subnero's products and solutions.

- Assist in the setup and configuration for customer demonstrations, test setups and field activities, including procuring necessary equipment, resources, and permits.

- Design and develop protocols and procedures for a variety of internal and external projects and product/solution developments.

- Execute test/demonstration plans in field locations, assessing product performance and functionality under real-world scenarios against a defined metric.

- Collect and analyze data obtained from field deployments, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

- Work closely with engineering and development teams to communicate test results, provide feedback, and contribute to product development.

- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues encountered during testing and demonstration, working with the development engineers to find optimal solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of activities, including test cases, results, and observations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing and demonstration efforts with project timelines and objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Experience in basic software engineering to troubleshoot issues and develop simple test scripts.

- Demonstrated experience in assisting Project and Product Managers with organizing and executing field activities and creating and implementing testing plans.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel and work in various field locations as required including on boats in local waters of Singapore.

Description:

• Degree recognised by PE Board (Singapore).
• 3-5 years relevant experience in consulting firms (those above 5 years experience will be considered for Senior Engineer post)
• Familiar with geotechnical design software such as Plaxis, RocScience, etc
• Experience in design of deep excavations, foundations, ERSS, tunnelling, pipejacking, slope stabilisation, soil improvement, etc
• Experience in civil, infrastructure, utilities, coastal and marine works preferred

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding refrigeration systems and equipment.
