Job Description:

• Ensure chiller systems operate at optimal performance and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and concerns about chiller operations and maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to enhance the lifespan of their chiller systems.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for improvements.
• Execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Work with MHI agents, customers, and contractors to verify system performance and compliance with specifications.
• Foster collaborative relationships with contractors to encourage teamwork and shared problem-solving.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, conducting safety briefings to ensure understanding of responsibilities.
• Perform field-based tasks in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
• Be available for chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma and Degree
• 3-5 years of proven experience in chiller maintenance, commissioning, or related HVAC roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, HVAC principles, and electrical controls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Completion of Building Construction Supervisors Safety Courses or equivalent certifications

Responsibilities:

• Assisting engineering teams in setting up the test equipment for engineering and production
• Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc.
• Perform Test program correlations and reject verifications.
• Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program.
• Carry out characterization or sample screening based on internal team request.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronic / Electrical/ Mechatronic/ IT/ Biochemical /Mechanical /computer/Architecture Engineering

• Experience in HTOL support

• Hands on experience with Handlers, Probers, thermo stream testing equipment or bench test equipment.

The team is composed of outstanding researchers, including professors and Ph.D. graduates from the world’s top universities, as well as professionals from industry-leading institutions. We are looking for motivated individuals in the technology group, to participate in the development and characterization of new Perovskite PV products and materials.

This role will require a good understanding of PV cell and module performance factors, characterization methods and measurement methodology. The work may require the engineering of test setups, and familiarity with common semiconductor fabrication tools is advantageous.

Job Scope:

• Responsible for one or more fabrication processes

• Work with equipment suppliers to develop new capabilities

• Identifying and executing opportunities for process improvement

• Collaborate with team members to meet customer device specifications and technology development goals.

• Test result documentation and performance analysis.

• Job Requirements/Qualifications: Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or related subjects with 1-2 years of experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in PV development, fabrication or semiconductors will be advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to work in a lab and clean room environment.

• Good skills in data analysis.

• Must be target/KPI-driven and well organized.

• Good team player, participate actively in group discussions and shows initiative.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
