As a Senior RF application engineer, you will be responsible for developing/testing the evaluation board and product board for RF SoC targeting at UWB and BLE applications. JOB SUMMARY

Support the Engineering Department in planning, designing, implementing and managing; integrated, production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be required to perform electrical testing, test data analysis & automation across SiC power and RF/mmWave GaN devices.
• The candidate hands-on characterization work will encompass from low voltage I-V/C-V to high voltage breakdown, switching performances for SiC, and DC & high-frequency characterizations for RF/mmWave regime.
