The Responsibilities:
The Network Project Engineer will provide ICT & Telecommunications Engineering and Consulting Services to clients in diverse industries such as data centers, healthcare facilities, aviation, and property buildings. This role is part of the Technology Consulting team, tasked with developing and overseeing technical delivery for both new opportunities and existing clients. The ideal candidate should possess project management expertise and thought leadership to execute digital design effectively. He/she should be a highly collaborative individual capable of working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee and manage project delivery, taking ownership for projects and the necessary action plans
- Prepare detailed ICT & Telecommunications design documentation, encompassing:Client Return Briefs

Technical Advice
Specifications
Schematics
Drawings
Detailed sections and installation drawings
- Conduct site inspections and construction management duties including RFI and Submittal review
- Conduct/attend meetings independently
- Coordination with relevant engineering disciplines to ensure the ICT network can support their services (Smart Building, Electrical and Mechanical, AV, Security)
- Coordination with Architect to ensure adequate spatial provisions have been provided
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 1 to 2 years of Consulting experience
- 2 to 5 years industry experience on ICT projectsFor Senior Engineer level: 6 to 8 years
- Well-versed in providing ICT & technology advisory services and technical designs
- Good understanding of International and Singapore ICT Standards
- Able to write well-structured and clear design reports
- Proficient in commercial grade building ICT system design and designing IT/OT networks
- For Senior Engineer level: Proven track record of leading medium scale projects and contributing to larger projects
- Familiarity with design and construction platforms and tools (Revit, CAD, Bluebeam, Autodesk360, etc.)
- Experienced in handling competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Some Qualifications in:
- DCD Certification
- Infocomm Network Experiences (Telco standards)
- Experience in a consulting engineering setting
- Experience in iBMS / Smart Building Technology design
- Experience involving the design of Integrated Converged Networks
- Data Center project experience
- RCDD or other BICSI credential
- CCNA, CCNP or other similar networking credential
- CWNA, CWDP or similar wireless network credential
Other Information:
- Staggered work hours: 8am to 5pm / 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm
- Hybrid work arrangement: 50% WFH, 50% in office
