Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Workshop Manager in managing the Taxi Maintenance operations and ensure all KPIs are met.
• Ensure operation costs including but not limited to material, manpower and operating are kept within the operation budget.
• Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.
• Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Produce statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion
• Establish, implement and monitor safe working practices and procedures.
• Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and sites to ensure workshop conforms to all health & safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering discipline or equivalent qualification

Job Description:

1. Implement and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for electrical and instrumentation related tasks with focus on safety.
2. Perform electrical and Instrumentation troubleshooting.
3. Able to work and trouble shoot with AC low voltage single phase and 3 phase systems.
4. Identify and maintain an optimum level of electrical spares and drives to reduce plant downtime, take drive parameters back up and need to maintain.
5. Ensure systematic documentation of Maintenance Procedures and Risk Assessments, SLD, E&I related and maintenance records for troubleshooting purpose.
6. Experience in 3 phase generator control interfacing to grid power.
7. Liaise with PE and organize preventive maintenance for MV and high voltage (22Kva).
8. Understand and develop electrical panel schematics if needed.
9. Guide technician on troubleshooting part if needed for ACMV, CCTV, Access control system, PA system, power and lighting.
10. Update and control of Electrical specification, procedure and drawings
11. Material Management including consumables, parts and spare unit
12. Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, record and report.
13. Review and approve of service, repair and overhaul equipment, record and report.
14. Managing routine 5S at the maintenance workshop, store and work area at site.
15. Communicate with clients, consultants, project personnel and relevant authorities.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation / Maintenance Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and power plant operations.
3. Strong Electrical Knowledge.
4. Results oriented individual with robust technical abilities.Able to work independently and in a team.
5. Possession of LEW is an advantage.
6. Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and their administration.
7. Knowledge of Maintenance and Asset Management is an advantage.
