Job Description:

• Responsible for the 24-hour real-time monitoring of the production and disaster recovery systems and computer room environment.

• Responsible for production and disaster recovery compuiter room management, including but not limited to daily environmental inspection, equipment inventory, external personnel release escort, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on incident management, change request management, disaster recovery, and emergency response.

• Able to communication effectively both written and spoken in English & Chinese with internal/external stakeholders and HQ.

• Ability to work under preasure and proactivity approach problem-solving.

• Ability to work on midnight shift (9 hours).
