The Technical Support Engineer’s primary role is to delivery high quality, world class technical support on UKG Suite of products to a variety of end users. As a (Senior) Security Operations Engineer you will lead efforts to identify, analyse, evaluate, and act upon security risks and threats. The Engineer will carry out security threat identification, analysis, and remediation to ensure efficient and timely mitigation of the threats, as well as understand the threats' risks and potential business impacts.
