Requirements

The Lead Performance Engineer will report to Manager, Performance Engineering and will drive leadership towards the overall Performance Field Testing strategy and provide customer catered performance management support through the lifecycle of key GE customers under long term service agreements.

Essential Functions

In this role the candidate will be responsible for executing thermal guarantees of the assigned region portfolio of MYA contracts. The candidate will strategize and coordinate MYA performance testing, interact with internal teams and customers on technical issues, drive thermal performance improvement utilizing historical data and analytics, and lead productivity initiatives. Responsibilities: –

· To lead and review the Design of the UPS and UPS Distribution from vendor to ensure compliance to Contractor specification

· To provide the computation of the voltage drop computation and cable sizing recommendation to ensure compliance to the regulatory requirement

· Review and preparation of the contractual documentation (including FAT procedure, SAT procedure, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, cable schedule, installation requirement, BOM generation, etc.), which some of them are provided by the vendor.

· Proactive Monitor and resolution of all technical issues from the electrical system design, installation and commissioning progress, etc. between the vendor and client

· Work closely and proactively with the Installation contractor, vendors and client to ensure smooth installation and commissioning of the system.

· Active review of the interface requirement between other packages to ensure a smooth coordination between the various parties in the project team.
