• Effectively manage the die-set, machines, materials, manpower planning, and production schedules to optimize production quantity and produce high quality products, by assist in making the right decision to maximize the results.
• Daily equipment maintenance work plan
• Maintain good housekeeping and discipline, ensure 5S in production lines.
• Developing and implementing continuous process improvements and technological upgrades
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural/Materials) recognised by PEB.
• Fresh Graduate or 2 years of related working experience in Precast Concrete/ Building Structural Design/automation.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and design analysis software
• Knowledge of automation will be advantageous•Must be able to speak and write English.
• Able to work independently and in a team and able to follow instructions
• Must be willing to work in Tuas

Crane Operator Responsibilities:

• Operating the crane under supervision.

• Conducting machine safety checks each day

• Performing routine maintenance.

• Understanding and executing the job billing process.

• Wearing PPT safety equipment.

• Cleaning and maintaining the crane hoisting mechanism.

• Setting up the manufacturer’s operator manual.

Crane Operator’s Requirements:

• Qualified crane operator with BCA and MOM recognised.

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience.

• Knowledge of Sany Crane

• Daily and monthly equipment inspections.

• 6 days a week.
