Pre-requisites

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management/ Contract Law
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
• Candidate may be required to be stationed at project site
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, proactive, resourceful, independent and a good team player

Mandatory Skills

• Hands on experience in building and deploying production-level data-driven applications and data processing workflows/pipelines and/or implementing machine learning systems at scale in Python and deliver analytics involving all phases like data ingestion, feature engineering, modelling, tuning, evaluating, monitoring, and presenting.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutionsusing SageMaker, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or other frameworks and libraries.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, techniques, and best practices such asdata preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, validation, testing, challenger models, and MLOps.
• Hands on experience in NLP use cases.

Responsibilities:

· To manage and configure, enhance the Nokia eSOC Components AOR, NPM, SURE

· Interact with other teams in order assess new opportunities and participate in requirements gathering

· Solution analysis and effort estimate for the requests

· Low level design for the applications

· Development for the requests and bug fixing on the existing applications

· Provide work instructions and improvements of the processes

· Management and implementation of new automatic scripts and applications

· Verify and implement configuration changes at the request of the customer or when is needed for performance reasons

· Coordinate and work together with other teams such as: 2nd line of support, 1st level support, Testing

· Installation, tuning and troubleshooting of complex software applications

Requirements:

· Experience in operations, configuration of Nokia eSOC (AOR, NPM, SURE).

· Must be familiar with Telcom Service Assurance processes.

· Work experience gained in companies and projects in telecommunications, with an autonomous organization of IT operations

· Previous experience in IT environment in a relevant field such as applications development

· Experience in systems integration, including management of issues of interconnection, communication

· Experience designing and / or testing of complex software applications

· Able to understand N-tier and 3-tier architectures

· Good level of knowledge of TCP/IP suite

· Familiar with Apache Nifi

· Familiar with SNMP, JMS, SSH/SFTP.

· Familiar with network telemetry concepts such as gRPC

· Knowledge in NetFlow will be an advantage
