The Production Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire plant operations for the new plant which will be launched in second half of 2026, including manufacturing, safety, engineering, maintenance, materials, quality, information systems, talent experience, and financial performance. This position will provide overall leadership, direction, and coaching to the plant organization in all areas of responsibility.
