Job Responsibilities:

Financial Support:

• Transaction Processing: Assist with processing invoices, expenses, and purchase orders. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records.
• Reconciliation: Help with monthly bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
• Reporting: Prepare and assist with generating financial reports and summaries for review by senior staff.

Administrative Support:

• Document Management: Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for financial and administrative documents on regular basis.
• Hire Purchase Documentation Handling: Preparation of documents for buying / selling of vehicles.
• Communication: Work collaboratively across inter-departments and provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or Business equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
• Independent and proactive team player with the abilities to handle tight deadlines

Job responsibilites:

- Maintain full set of accounts.

- Perform daily accounting function on sales, receivables, payables, payment and disbursement including liaising with vendors/ customers.

- Ensure proper accounting records are maintained and procedures are adhered to.

- Quarterly GST filing and other tax compliances.

- Office administrative support.

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department HOD from time to time.

Requirements:

- Diploma/ Degree with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

- Fresh graduates specializing in accounting may apply.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

· Ensure that all invoices are posted timely in the accounting system

· Manage vendor invoices by matching to Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO).

· Process claims, reimbursements and suppliers’ invoices.

· Handle bi-monthly payment cycle.

· Co-ordinate with respective account signatories for signing.

Admin Support:

· Preparing, proofreading, and distributing documents, reports, and memos.

· Filing and retrieving documents (both electronic and physical).

· Serving as co-ordinator and a liaison between the department and external contacts.

Desirable Attributes & Qualifications:

· Certificate, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent is an advantage.

· 1 – 3 years’ experience in relevant fields is an advantage.

· Meticulous and diligent.

· Ability to work well in teams.

· Experience with accounting software.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.30pm

Key Responsiblities:

• Responsible for AP & GL of the account
• Responsible for month-end closing process
• Process payments in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure inter-company transactions and balances are reconciled
• Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations
• Liaise with auditors, corporate secretary, banks and government authorities
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Assist in year-end audit preparation, tax computation and submission of all other statutory

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
