Duties of Finance Manager:

• Oversee group-wide financial activities, including consolidation, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial analysis.
• Prepare materials and reports for Board, Audit, and Committee Meetings, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery.
• Collaborate on the financial year-end process, coordinating with all Group entities for reporting and Group financial statement preparation.
• Manage tax-related tasks, encompassing quarterly GST filing, corporate tax computation, and transfer pricing compliance.
• Monitor and report deviations in revenue and expenses, analyzing key value drivers.
• Identify and address internal control weaknesses, proposing measures to enhance control effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of a new ERP system and facilitate process harmonization across the Group.
• Act as a liaison with auditors, financial institutions, government agencies, company secretary, tax, and accounting agents.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Onboarding of clients (customers & financial institutions)
• Work closely with front office on documentations required for account opening to ensure completeness
• Liaise with relevant team for the setting up of account in the system
• Maintain customer documentation both in hardcopy and imaging file
• Conduct KYC/AML/CFT checks on new client and periodical review on existing client

Job Summary

The Senior Assistant (Accounts Payable) - Finance supports the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/she is involved in work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, data compilation, sales billing, vendor invoice posting and other accounting tasks. In some instances, he/she may work specifically with accruals, and the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts receivable account payable for audit purposes.
The Senior Assistant (Accounts Payable) - Finance assist with the preparation of monthly reporting, and close monitoring of debt collection or payment processing. He/ She may be called on to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects, lead in continuous improvement projects and systems testing when necessary.
