Our client is a leading infrastructure development company focused on advancing social development and impactful infrastructure projects across Asia, currently seeks a Finance Analyst to join their Asset Management Team.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the incumbent will be potentially working in a team of 4 staff. He / She will be a supporting role to the Asset Manager, to safeguard company’s reputation and projects’ investment returns. The main duties will include market trend analysis, financial analysis, financial modelling, reviewing of company’s corporate finances and accounts, liaising with internal and external business units, budgeting, forecasting, financial & management reporting.

REQUIREMENTS
- Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least a second upper honours
- Post-grad qualifications such as CA, CPA, and Masters would be advantageous
- At least 4 years working experience in Asset Management at a fast paced multinational environment, independently managing delivery of construction activities, managing operational infrastructure/assets in South Asia/South East Asia
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering infrastructure projects from start to the end
- Prior working experience in an Infrastructure Investment industry is preferred
- Showcase experience with project-financed or concession-financed projects, ideally through the construction or operational phases.
- Proven experience in project management (construction and operational phase) and investment strategy
- Ability to analyse and interpret project finance models and understand funding terms are advantageous
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
