Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly invoices, reconciliations, bank and balance sheet
• Prepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports
• Manage petty cash and expenses claims and reimbursements
• Timely GST and AR filing and handling tax matters
• Full spectrum of HR and Payroll administration (including CPF & tax submission) using SAP software or its equivalent
• Familiar with CPF Board, IRAS and MOM for employment matters
• Organising of company events
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or pursuing ACCA
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word
• Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply
• At least 1 year of similar working experience

The Role

You will be involved in the following tasks

• Perform daily reconciliation for money receipts from different payment agents.
• Prepare payments/settlements to merchants based on the payment schedule.
• Handle payment queries from external stakeholders. (e.g. merchants/ payment agents)
• Work internally with Operations and Support team to resolve aforementioned queries.
• Prepare monthly invoices to merchants.
• Responsible for document and letter filing.
• Assist monthly closing and other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor a robust credit control system in collaboration with Company sales and marketing, finance and executive team members.
• Establish Group policies that follow customer service best practices while ensuring customers submit payments on time.
• Check consumer credit reports, approve or deny applications and communicate decisions to the appropriate management in a timely manner.
• Assist to develop and negotiate payment plans with Associate customers (overdue balances owed) and to set loan terms and conditions accordingly.
• Maintain loan records, conduct regular analysis of the credit-control system and implement changes as needed to reduce bad debts across Group companies.
• Report any payment issues to Group management or the appropriate team.
• Follow up with Associate companies on all overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.
• Look for ways to improve debt collection processes.

Requirements:

• Degree / CPA / CA / CFA
• 3 years' experience working in the role of Credit Controller
• 5 years working in accounts receivable
• 6 years in collections or billing or similar extensive work experience.

As a part of the accounting operations team, this person will be responsible for managing the business as usual (BAU) accounting operations and to review, streamline and enhance current processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

· Manage and oversee shared services provider.

· Ensure timely processing of payments and invoices as well as corresponding recovery of these costs.

Governance, Compliance, and Internal Controls

· Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies and regulations.

· Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance, to prevent fraud and safeguard company assets.

· Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external audits to ensure compliance according to financial regulations and reporting standards.

· Review, enhance and improve corporate operating policy.

Financial Process, Process Improvement and Documentation

· Develop, implement, and manage effective financial workflows and processes.

· Streamline financial operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

· Standardize and digitalize operations.

Requirements / Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

· Proven experience leading transformation or streamlining of processes.

· Experience utilizing technology such as excel, power BI, ERP systems to improve efficiency.

· Able to manage and cope well in a fast-changing environment.

· Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as SAP ERP systems and MS Office.

· Experience in dashboarding tool and other data analysis programs would be a plus.
