Job Description
Finance:
· Manage full sets of accounts
· Manage Accounts Payables and Receivables
· Bank Reconciliation
· Tax and GST filing
· Billing
· Liaising with auditors for annual audits and tax related matters
· Liaising with bankers on bank facilities and other banking related matters
· Management financial reporting
· Assist in other finance related matters as and when required
Human Resource:
· Manage and process human resource and related functions as follows:
· Process payroll including salary/allowance calculations, payroll report and bank payment.
· Recruitment and Resignation
· Staff compensation and benefits such as medical claims, allowances etc.
· File employee’s income tax returns
· Handle work permit/pass application, renewals and cancellation if required.
· Training
· Manage staff training and recruitment related grant
· Work Permit/Pass application and related administration
· Manage both staff and corporate insurance
· Prepare/updating of HR policies
· Participate and submit MOM surveys
· Assist in generating service contracts as and when required.
. Assist in ISO/BizSafe audit and documentation as and when required.
· Any other HR and general administration as and when required.
Job Requirements
· Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, HR Management or Business Admin.
· At least 3 years of experience, preferably in Events industry
· Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
· Have an eye for details
· Self-driven, positive, pro-active and highly motivated individual who is able to work independently or with minimum supervision
· Service-oriented attitude/personality
· Familiar with Singapore Labour laws and work permit/pass regulations
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Have working knowledge with Accpac Sage 300 and Timesoft payroll.
· Willing to work around Ubi Crescent vicinity
