Responsible for the Accounts Receivable (AR) function (SAP)

•  Handles billing and settlement process, including the reconciliation of receipts
•  Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed and issued in an accurate and timely manner
•  Attend to queries on invoices and billings as required; include with follow ups with internal and external parties
•  Ensure accurate and timely closing of revenue and doubtful debt provisioning
•  Prepare and review monthly AR Reports/ schedules and ensure that detailed analysis is provided

Job Scope

-Process payment, refund and receipt of transaction

-Carry out timely preparation approval and submission of monthly and yearly statement of accounts

-Ensure timely preparation of monthly and yearly statement of accounts for endorsement

-Ensure compliance with government procurement and financial procedures

-Assist to develop internal checks and control, SOPs and template to facilitate effective operation of the accounts

-Assist in customer service and administrative duties as/when required

The Finance Assistant (Treasury Operations) plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the company's financial resources and ensuring efficient treasury operations. This role will be responsible for daily cash management, banking relationships, liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation. Cash Management:
