Finance and HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Finance Executive, you are responsible for performing end-to-end functions such as billing, payment collection, invoice, bank, fixed asset, and reporting. Be expected to work closely with various internal stakeholders to assist in both internal and external financial reporting and data analysis.

As a HR and Admin Executive, you are responsible for performing a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will handle the full spectrum of company HR functions and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. This role involves coordinating administrative staff, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

· Perform end-to-end accounts functions including but not limited to checking and validation, billing, payment, collection and reporting

· Responsible for accounts payables process by checking and validating vendors, keeping track of all payments and expenditures

· Reconcile monthly bank statement

· Perform month-end financial closing activities

· Perform monthly financial reporting and financial analysis to investors

· Accountable for annual audit for statutory reporting, tax compliance and internal control compliance

· Full payroll functions including staff salary, CPF, IR8A, leave management etc

· Full spectrum of HR functions such as staff recruitment, staff admin, arrangement of interviews, etc

· Liaison with auditors, company secretary, tax agent and other relevant stakeholders

· Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices.

· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives.

· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

· Perform any ad-hoc duties as required within the scopes of finance, HR, office admin etc.

We are looking for a Credit Admin to grow our business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless processing of credit facility disbursement for loan products, Trade and Supply Chain Financing Products.
• Possess good drafting skills and be able to draft and/or vet letters of offers, ensuring that all approved terms and conditions for the banking facilities and the Bank’s standard requirements are accurately incorporated and adhered to.
• Verify that all loans are approved in accordance with the Bank’s Lending Authority Limits.
• Work with RMs and appointed solicitors to ensure that loan documentation complies with approved T&Cs and is properly executed.
• Ensure that all conditions precedents are properly met before facilities are implemented or availed, otherwise ensure proper approval obtained for all exceptions in accordance with preset guidelines.
• Provide support to business teams in credit transaction management such as setup credit facility into core banking system, monitor outstanding documentation, safe keeping of security and facility documentations.
• Perform limit monitoring to ensure approval is duly obtained for credit facility limit excess and overdue loans (if any) in accordance with the Bank’s policies and guidelines.
• Perform verification of covenants for compliance in accordance with the offer letter/facility agreement
• Assist to perform 1st level AML check for transactions, SWIFTs name screening.
• Provide cross functional support within the Operation Centre Department when required.
• Identify opportunities and initiate suggestions for improvement.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects on behalf of the department and to participate in UAT testing.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma Holder with 5-6 years of corporate banking working experience.
• Prior working experience in loan documentation unit is preferred.
• Meticulous and ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to multi-task while staying oriented.
• Technological orientation with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
