Responsibilities:

• To review, implement enhancements, testing and monitor the new application processes of the In-house application processing system
• Conduct credit evaluation and approval of new personal credit card and corporate credit card applications adherence to the Company’s credit policies, risk acceptance criteria, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise and work with other business units to ensure a seamless process flow for credit applications
• To assist in analyzing existing members credit risks
• Assist to provide feedback on credit policies and processes that are affected by changes in the business environment
• To assist in project study and implementation
• Provide general and administrative support to the Credit Dept

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holders or equivalent in banking/finance and/or accounting and/or business administration
• Able to read and analyze financial statements
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Dynamic team player with good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and responsible
• Able to work under pressure

Responsibility

• Analyze and handle Motor insurance claims within turnaround time
• Adopt proactive approach to evaluate and negotiate the resolution of claims, while mitigating damages to achieve cost-effective claim outcomes
• Obtain reserving, settlement and payment authority in accordance with authority level
• Resolve claims settlement disputes using various mechanism such as arbitration and mediation
• Manage appeal process for rejected claims
• Detect potential fraudulent claims
• Manage customer communications on claims matter
• Conduct regular files review and reserve monitoring
• Exercise good claims management to achieve target claims result

Requirement

• At least Diploma and above
• Possess BCP, PGI, ComGI
• At least 1 year of relevant claims assessment experience
• At least 5 years of relevant claims assessment experience (for Senior position).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
