The Manager will report to the Financial Controller and be responsible for the spectrum of finance functions, including accounting, consolidation and finance operations of Sun Venture's assets. We are a prominent single-family office, seeking an Senior Investment Operations Analyst to join our team in Singapore to manage a diversified multi asset investment portfolio for the family.  We are looking for an experienced individual to support the team in the administration of funds, performance reporting and wider operational support. 

The Role

Our team is small, so you will need to be flexible, pragmatic and solutions oriented.  You will be responsible for investment administration, specifically investment performance reporting, investment execution and custodian management.  Main responsibilities include:

Investment Performance Reporting

·         Prepare standard monthly performance reports including collation of external investment manager reports and valuation statements.

Custodian Management

·         Liaise with the custodian to ensure the provision of timely and accurate data on investments, including valuations, for group financial reporting.

General

·         Drive management of large BAU items such as reporting and taking ownership of delivery timelines.

Summary

This position is responsible for the entire credit granting process, bill collection, including the consistent application of a credit policy. Conducts periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the credit worthiness of potential customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses.

Job Responsibilities

Credit applications:

· Process credit applications within 10 working days, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally. The credit worthiness of all applicants is formally checked and approval must be received from the Director of Finance.

· Review the credit worthiness of all existing non-Accor approved clients on a yearly basis.

City Ledger:

· Ensure all invoices / statements are issued on a timely basis.

Position Purpose:

Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, the Senior Finance Analyst will partner with the Business Unit Managers and support groups to provide the necessary guidelines, strategies, plans, processes and controls in the region and divisional brand P&Ls.
