• Work with RB&S product, distribution and proposition teams to define and ensure delivery of relevant Retail products and services and optimum use of delivery channels to deliver a competitive and profitable offering for HNW (eg: transactional banking, credit cards, call centre standards, fx)
• Work with Regional / Singapore teams to define the appropriate coverage model across the HNW continuum ensuring an appropriate cost to serve
• Align with regional UHNW Centres of Excellence and RB&S teams to support a logical proposition continuum from Premier to HNW, to UHNW and act as key interface into RB&S for services leveraged (eg: credit cards)
