Responsibilities
The candidate, as part of the Fund Solutions team, will provide operational middle and back-office support including fund operations, deal support, compliance support, and business-related needs for all Private Market. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn and be exposed to entire the operations and full fund cycle across Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit, Infrastructure, and Venture Capital strategies. The candidate will report directly to the Head of Operations – Private Markets.
Requirements
· 1-3 years relevant experience in asset management firm
· Relevant academic/professional background: accounting, finance, statistics, and or business
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
· Detail-oriented, organized, meticulous, and numbers savvy.
· Strong work ethic and professionalism.
· MS Office skills (especially Excel).
· Knowledge in VBA (preferred).
· Self-starter / Self-learner.
· A supportive team player.
· Willing to work rotating shifts which may include some public holidays with time off in lieu.
Job scope
· Involvement with fund launches and project management of each fund.
· Perform day to day operational duties for each fund.
· Interact with a wide range of external service providers including but not limited to Fund Administrators, Auditor, Tax and Legal counsel, Valuation Agents as well as internal teams (namely portfolio management and compliance colleagues).
· Review the NAV packs and assist with the Audit exercise.
· Perform KYC compliance & AML checks.
· Ad-hoc duties including gathering information/processing data for statutory and regulatory surveys and reports and partaking in other projects/initiatives
