Role

The Head of Legal and Risk will work closely with and assist the Managing Director to lead all legal and Risk as well as Compliance matters within the Company, contributing to the promotion and development of a compliance culture within the Company. Job scope:

1. General

C. Data Protection Officer

- Be the appointed Data Protection Officer of the Company and its related companies in Singapore.

D. Insurance Coverage and Terms and Conditions

- To assist Management in reviewing the Terms and Coverage of Insurance, including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liabilities, plus Cyber Insurance.
