Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and report on budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Analyze financial performance in comparison to budgets and forecasts.
• Compile monthly reports for the Group.
• Support quarterly financial reporting to the Board, including EVA and BU KPI reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accountancy or Chartered Accountant/ACCA qualification, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in listed firms / REITS w
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel
• Experience with SAP system
• Meticulous, analytical, innovative and self-motivated team player.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and cope with changes is essential

• Proficient in preparing and reviewing consolidation proofs, including hedging reserves, foreign currency translation reserves, and investment in associates.
• Capable of handling group consolidation and management reporting in line with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Supports the team in implementing a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tool, including conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assists with timely and accurate preparation and analysis of group financial and management reports.
• Provides support for annual audits, tax filings, and any ad-hoc tasks.
• Collaborates with overseas finance teams for report submissions and year-end audit matters

REQUIREMENTS:
