Job Description:
• Follow strictly company SOC and SOP for operation
• Perform stock inventory count, ensure food supply is adequate
• Responsible for standard of food consistency and quality
• Food preparation according to specific standards
• Prepare sufficient ingredients for operation use
• Label names and dates before food are stored
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking area, kitchen equipment/kitchenware
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
Requirements:
• Possess good culinary skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated and willing to learn
• Good physical condition and endurance
• Customer centric and good team player
• Able to work on weekends and PH
• 5.5 days’ work week
