Overview

General responsibilities and duties

Financial Management

Management of Examination Records

• Ensure examination documents and certificates are checked and distributed; Statement of Entries, Statement of Results, Certificates, IB Diplomas to past and current students
• Work with the University Counselling team to ensure that examination results are correct on transcripts
• Enter Predicted Grades/Internal Assessments and Extended Essay grades

Communication

• Ensure that staff are updated on any change of procedures, exam board requirements and are informed of internal and external deadlines.
• Ensure students receive all exam information and guidelines including candidate numbers.
• Ensure that parents are kept informed of deadlines and procedures regarding examinations.
• Maintain school documentation regarding examination and internal assessment procedures.

Management of Data

• Keep abreast of the worldwide exam results and feed data to the Vice Principal (Curriculum) and Assistant Principal (Assessment & Technology for Learning)

• Manage the effective collation and storage of results

• Prepare and file tax and GST returns in compliance with regulations
• Train relevant staff on the effective use of the software

Administrative duties (30%)

• Coordinate with corporate secretaries and other service providers when necessary
• Act as a point of contact for 3rd party auditors/tax agents & provide necessary documentation and information
• Support various departments with documentation needs
• Maintain an organized and accessible filing system

HR/Legal duties (10%)

• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employee records, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies

Requirements

• Min 5 years of full-set accounting experience
• Comfortable working in a small SME/family-owned company environment
• Minimum Degree in accounting

As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Accounts & Sales Support Executive to support our expanding Sales team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of working experience in similar role. We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities.

In this role you will:

A. Sales Support:

· Reporting to Sales Manager.

· Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

· Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

· Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

· Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

· Establish active communication and engagement with sales and logistic team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

· Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.

B. Accounts:

· Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

· Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation etc.

· Prepare monthly financial and management reports for management.

· Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger;

· Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

· Support audit and tax queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

· Basic accounting skills.

· Computer skill such as MS Office.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
