Accounts

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL transactions)
• Handle invoice billings, receipts, expense payment and record timely into the accounting system
• Preparation and submission of GST returns
• Assist in annual filing and tax related and corporate secretarial matters

Human Resource

Responsibilities

The scope of responsibility includes regular Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Intercompany charges, Expenses end to end cycles, including the following: -

· Liaise with the business unit for verification of the invoices and costs accruals

· Ensure timely recording of accounting entries into accounting system

. Provide support in handling daily sales-related documentation

. Facilitate the sales process efficiently upon receipt of sales agreement

. Maintain proper filling & documentation and perform general administration
