Job Summary

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s Singapore submarine cable asset (existing and future), including maintaining, coordinating with our Indonesian Team, planning, tendering, vendor management, liaising with the authorities (IMDA, URA & MPA) etc. This role requires a good understanding of marine/subsea engineering and telecommunications outside plant. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment. The role encouraged flexibility, thinking “Out-of-the-Box”, work from home if not needed to be in office, site or travelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Permit plans for submarine cable systems, including installation, site acquisition together with vendors.

About Job Position:

ATLAS is searching for a dynamic Events & Reservations Manager to lead our existing Reservations & Host teams and provide oversight to our retail offering. Previous Event management experience, whether large or small, is a must. However, a mature, methodical and detail-orientated approach to maintaining communication between guests and our wider ATLAS team to ensure seamless operations is considered a greater requirement for the role.

Supported by our existing, well-trained Host, Front of House and Kitchen team members, you will be tasked to increase our Group Bookings and Takeover Event business, as well as the refinement of our day-to-day reservation, guest service and retail experience.
