The Role

We are looking for an Office Administrator & Assistant to be a supportive force that empowers our Singapore team and management. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to management.

Responsibilities

Office Administration - The incumbent will provide a full spectrum of administrative operations support to the office, including but not limited to office maintenance and arrangements, supervising the office cleaner, handling mail, coordinating vendors for office facility procurement and maintenance and management of all external vendors.

• Stakeholder Management. Work with internal stakeholders, external partners, consultants, vendors, and/or training providers to contextualise, and/or customise solutions to meet IMDA’s specific needs at organisation-level, and division-level in leadership development and/or organisation development.

• Business transformation. Drive business transformation of processes/systems to improve support to IMDA officers (e.g. design thinking and process improvement)

 Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, where prior experience in these areas is preferred: leadership development, organisation development, human resource development.
