Assist in the kitchen operations in areas of food preparation and processing, cleaning and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duties to keep all areas of the kitchen clean and sanitized including floors, walls, drains, food processing equipment, cooking utensils and other light equipment daily and periodically.

• Remove food wastes from waste receptacles thereafter clean and sanitize bins.

• Partner and help existing talented tenants/hawkers with passion to grow and expand operations within the food court chain.
• Track and analyse the sales performance of tenants.
• Plan and implement the tenancy mix. Being able to identify suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix. Constantly strengthen and refresh food mix with new and exciting food concepts.

About the Role

You will be part of the Business Development department, responsible for formulating and executing tenant leasing strategies and building strong tenant relationships within our Food court/Coffee Shops.

Suitable candidate need to be highly sensitive to what is happening in the food industry market, you will be able to identify market trends, and capitalize on opportunities to secure new tenancies. By engaging tenants on regular performance discussions, you gain deep understanding of customer needs, business direction and future growth plans with regards to space requirements.
