Job Purpose

Reporting to Head (People & Organisation Development, P&OD), you will be responsible for leading talent acquisition strategies and drive end-to-end recruitment activities in Care Corner. Working in partnership with all service points/departments, you will manage an efficient and robust hiring approach to secure a strong talent pipeline with the capability to achieve the organisation mission and goals. You will also oversee employer branding initiatives and related programs e.g internship programs and learning journeys, to attract and build talent pipelines. Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan the overall talent acquisition strategies in line with organisation manpower needs and growth.
