The Super Loco Group operates four Mexican restaurants in Singapore, serving up fresh, creative interpretations of classic Mexican food in a fun and festive environment. What you will be doing?
A Sous Chef will support the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen team are fully trained, supported and developed. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be accountable for driving food quality, controlling costs and ensuring a WOW guest experience is delivered every time. Experience as a Chef de Partie or higher is preferred.
