RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Collaborate and partner with global and local EHSS and other relevant partners (PMO, IT, systems owners and developers) to develop and deploy global reports, programs, and business processes to network and multi-cultural audiences.
• Serve as owner of Global EHSS systems and solutions (Sharepoint, EDC, SQL Servers, MT Groups, Web Interface Design), providing administrative support, professional guidance, and consultation advice.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Master degree or equivalent experience in engineering or science (Computer, Electrical, Occupational Health and Safety) and/or related field. Additional IT-related qualifications (PowerBI, Tableau, Sharepoint, Microsoft Certified) are strongly desired.
• Strong teammate to effectively collaborate with multi-functional organizations and proven track record, interpersonal, and customer service skill to comfortably work across boundaries and geographies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to converse in multiple languages such as Chinese, Malay, and Japanese are an added advantage.
