Membership Support

• Coordinate and manage the submission of work pass applications mainly Employment Pass (EP) and S Pass through the relevant government portals.
• Work with HR departments and hiring managers to gather necessary information and documentation for work pass applications, offering support and guidance as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of application documents, verifying supporting documentation and information provided by applicants and employers.
• Stay updated on changes to immigration policies, regulations, and procedures related to work pass applications in Singapore and ensure adherence to statutory requirements and guidelines set forth by government authorities throughout the application process.
• Liaise with government agencies to follow up on application status and resolve any queries or issues that may arise.
• Maintain comprehensive records of work pass applications, including documentation of application statuses, approvals, rejections, and renewal processes.
