Job Descriptions
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote food, beverage and desserts offerings.
Develop marketing strategies and plans, media relations, sponsorships advertising, promotions, creative projects and event management.
Monitor and improve ROI using strategic and analytical approach.
Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials.
Develop revenue and profit growth strategies for the business and take charge of the tactical execution of the brands’ marketing communication initiatives in support of the business strategy, market goals, and organizational objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Prepare and manage budgets for various marketing and branding initiatives to achieve cost efficiencies.
Implement customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in F&B sales and marketing role.
At least 2 years relevant experience
Strong understanding of current marketing trends and digital platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Independent, results-driven and target-oriented approach.
