Your key responsibilities:

The role will be across the product control and financial control space, with oversight of the P&L as well as month end financial reporting. The team work closely with the broader Business Finance team in Manila who are responsible for the daily P&L production and primary financial controls. Additionally, the team has responsibility for more “business finance” type activities, such as RWA and forecasting / planning.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversight of the P&L ensuring it is properly explained/substantiated.

Your skills and experience:

• Working experience in financial markets in a commercial bank or knowledge of relevant IFRS accounting standards.

Duties:

• Lead and supervise electrical technicians and contractors in system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Develop and conduct on-the-job training programs for E&I team members.
• Perform site inspections and quality control for electrical work.
• Review and approve electrical isolation, excavation, and related permits.
• Investigate electrical maintenance issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with other engineers to ensure equipment reliability through effective maintenance programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.

SCOPE OF THE WORK

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

· Review and proofread legal documents

· Conduct legal research and analysis

· Help to draft and review advise and other documentation/correspondence relevant to client matters

· Provide support on Business Development proposals

· Provide support to other lawyers within the C&F practice groups, primarily Equity Capital Markets

REQUIREMENTS

· Strong English proficiency – both verbal and written (proficiency in other languages is an advantage) as the work will require a lot of drafting

· Formal legal qualification and/or several months of paralegal experience is preferred

· Enjoy working as part of a team and have strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Have an aptitude for analysis and problem solving

· Extremely organised - ability to prioritise and manage workload

· Able to work in different time zones. Our Equity Capital Markets work primarily in the India Standard Time (IST). Hence, your work hours might differ. For e.g., you might need to work from 10AM-7PM/11AM-8PM.
