Immediate 1 Year project assignment renewable for Singaporean to join as IT Systems Executive at Changi Airport work location
Open to Diploma in IT graduates without work experience who are willing to learn on job + like to work 12hrs rotating shift in Airport environment.
Ideal Candidate should possess 2-3yrs in IT systems support role, enjoys working on 12hours rotating shift , Trained or certified in Windows Server, UNIX/LINUX, VM and ITIL to apply this role.

Job Duties:
- Provide and handle L1 IT helpdesk support and onsite resolution, e.g. log incident, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting independently (e.g. desktop/ technical support services & equipment) for its hardware, software and connectivity issue
- Replacing of faulty end point, repairing, imaging and configuring of touchpoint devices for the daily operation maintenance
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks and upgrading of touchpoint devices
- Managing touchpoint inventory movement tracking and records
- Maintaining the efficiency of working tools and equipment
- Assist projects related issue via project manager for the ad hoc works of add, remove and relocation of touchpoint devices and its documentations like PTW, MOS, drawings and etc.
- Any other tasks as assigned
- Must be comfortable to deal with 10kg devices and climbing of ladder
- Dedicated and good team player with positive attitude
- Perform 24x7 Shiftwork
Job Requirements:
- Min Nitec /Diploma in IT Qualifications + 2 -3 yrs of IT Systems support work experience
- Open to Local Diploma in IT graduate without work experience but positive & willing to learn.
- Enjoy working on 12hrs rotating shift duties & flexible to do OT when required
- Motivated individual with challenger spirit and leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and customer-handling skills would be advantageous.
- Proactive and responsive on all assigned tasks and incidents and follow up
- Those who can start immediate is at an advantage
