1. Event & Industry Roadmap Planning:
· Develop comprehensive event and industry roadmap plans, considering all aspects from concept to execution.
· Define event goals, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with clients or internal stakeholders.
2. Logistics and Operations
· Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, transportation, and accommodation
· Supervise and manage on-site event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
3. Budget Management:
· Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial goals are met and expenses are within approved limits.
· Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services without compromising quality.
4. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
· Establish and maintain relationships with various vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring services meet expectations.
· Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand their event requirements and expectations.
5. Marketing and Promotion
· Work closely with marketing teams to create promotional materials and strategies to drive attendance and enhance the event's visibility.
· Utilize various marketing channels to promote events, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
6. Post-Event Evaluation:
· Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
· Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators and lessons learned.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
