Job Responsibilities:
As the Deputy Manager for Accounts & Operations, you will play a key role in the following:

• Assist in timely closing of accounts and prepare consolidation schedules
• Prepare financial schedules and statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels
• Post month-end journals according to established processes, procedures, and statutory requirements
• Compile quarterly GST reports, and prepare reports on related party transactions, sponsorships, and donations
• Reconcile monthly audit schedules, inter-company, and bank transactions
• Handle settlement of fixed assets and maintain fixed asset registers for assigned companies and cost centers
• Prepare financial statements in XBRL format
• Support external and internal audits, tax reporting, and other statutory requirements
• Manage daily operations related to funding requirements (shortfall/surplus)
• Collaborate closely with the Finance Shared Services Centre, other finance functions, and line of businesses
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International)
• Positive attitude, team player, meticulous, with the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Able to work independently with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP S4, BPC, and ticketing tools is an advantage
