This position reports to Programme Director, Certification Programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) Course Development and Management:
· Project manage the development of courses for learning and development programmes for legal industry professionals
· Conduct learning needs analysis and support industry engagement to produce course curriculum and courseware
· Coordinate with subject matter experts, curriculum specialists and other contributors to deliver course materials
· Provide other programme support through research, outreach and engagement of legal community
(B) Course Facilitation and Training:
· Implement various learning methods, including e-learning courses, coaching, job-shadowing, and workshops.
· Assist in facilitation of onsite courses and asynchronous learning.
(C) Programme Administration:
· Supervise staff and operations to ensure adherence to accreditation standards and Skillsfuture Singapore funding requirements
· Design and manage internal operational processes for course administration.
· Track and manage budgets for learning and development programmes.
· Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, consultants, adjunct faculty and content licensors.
· Manage the learning management system and other technology solutions used for programmes. Coordinate with technology team for enhancements and any required integrations with internal and external IT systems.
· Plan and coordinate events or activities relating to the programme, such as mentoring sessions, guest speaker sessions, etc.
· Supervise administration of course funding and subsidies.
(D) Programme Marketing:
· Participate in promotion and outreach efforts to drive registrations for programmes.
· Work with internal marketing team for producing marketing collaterals and social media assets.
KEY SPECIFICATION
· A good degree from a recognised university with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in adult education, learning & development or curriculum development. Law degree preferred.
· Experience in continuing legal education, legal knowledge management would be an advantage.
· Familiarity with Skillsfuture Singapore frameworks, processes and funding administration preferred.
· Experience in planning curriculum and designing/managing learning and development programmes would be an advantage.
· Able to build positive and productive relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders.
· Good interpersonal, writing, communication and presentation skills.
· Meticulous, resourceful, creative and organised.
· Able to engage confidently with members of the Judiciary and legal community
· Experience with using learning management systems or other legal technology solutions would be an advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
