• Prepare and cook various menu items, including burgers, desserts, salads, sides, and more.

Dishwashing and Cleaning:

• Wash dishes, floors, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.

Kitchen Closing and Clean-up:

• Perform end-of-day kitchen closing duties.

Job Requirements

• Junior to mid-level cooking experience required.
• Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.

Working hours

• 5.5 days work per week - 50 hrs/ week

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the team members in accordance to the service standards, ensure suggestive selling techniques are performance by all team members
• Develop the wine list, ability to pair and suggest wine to guest and decanting of the wine
• Achieve profitability through revenue generation and effective cost control

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management
• Minimum 1 year experience at a managerial level, preferably in a 5 Star Hotel or Fine Dining Restaurants
• Possess Wine & Spirit Certificate is an added advantage
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage service standards
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with cheerful personality
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
