• Hands on in the daily operations at the manufacturing plant.
• Implement and maintain good manufacturing standards to achieve higher efficiency, productivity and quality.
• Create realistic workflows for plant operations to run smoothly.
• Consolidate quantitative and qualitative data for reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of experience in handling machine and equipment in a food manufacturing industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with good planning, organization and project management skills.
• Familiar with local regulation (SFA, NEA) and F&B certifications (BRC/FSSC22000).
