• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excess.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
• Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Train and supervise staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies.
• Assist with hiring and rostering of staff where necessary.
• Assist in conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in responding to and managing customer feedback and enquiries - both online and offline and implement strategies to improve service quality if necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in F&B
• WSQ Food Hygiene certification
• Fluent in English
• Team player with a good learning attitude
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Meticulous and takes pride in work
• Strong leadership, self-motivated and good people skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Official working hours:

• Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun: 9.30 - 6.30pm
• Wed: 9.30 - 1.30pm
• Closed on PH

License/Certification:

• WSQ Food Safety Level 1 (Required)
