Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach the administration team members of Specialized Product Team
• Handle, check or approve the transaction administration: the securities settlement, custodian arrangement
• Handle, check or approve internal control sheets or execution slips related to regular transaction administration; oversee the BAU matters related to execution / ongoing transaction management
• Review transaction documentation on the pre-closing, and monitor its adherence on the post-closing for securitization and structured credit transactions, by working closely with the clients and transaction counterparties (e.g. legal counsel, accounting firm, trustee, custodian, securities clearing house)

About the role

Due to the growing demand for technology protection in Singapore and regionally, our team in Singapore is currently looking for Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineers/ Physics to train as Patent Attorneys.

Candidates will be considered for a Patent Engineer position and will have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics. Job Description

1. Perform detailed review of cases generated by the transaction monitoring system and/or exception reports and take appropriate follow-up actions.

2. Ensure the timely disposition of cases flagged by the transaction monitoring system and adequate documentation of analysis and follow-up actions.

3. Conduct internal STR investigation and provide analysis and recommendation to AMLO or designate. Prepare Suspicious Transaction Report for submission to local agency.

Job Requirements

Position Overview:

The Onboarding & Transaction Monitoring Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new employees and effectively monitoring transactions to prevent fraud and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Monitoring duties (70%):

This person will be a part of the Asia KYC & Transaction Monitoring Team, which is a part of Regional 1st Line of Defence (LoD) Non-Financial Risk Team (Expert Team Asia (responsible for 1st line implementation of Non-Financial Risks) overseeing and actively participating in globally led programs relating to all FEC topics including CDD, KYC & Transaction Monitoring for the region.
