· Follow up of outstanding House & Group Accounts on OnQ

· Check Advance Deposit Monthly Summary

· Perform control checks as mandated by Hilton’s policies and procedures and SOX requirements

· Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by Finance Manager

Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships

This position is a temporary coverage for a duration of 4 months

Shipping Executive ( land & sea freights)

5 days, 8.30 - 6pm, OT Required

Basic Salary 2800 - $3500 + Attractive Variable Bonus

Location: Bugis // Nicoll Highway

Job Scopes:

• Prepare and handle all shipping documents, custom declaration and permit for import and export, including data compilation for invoices
• Ensure relevant shipping documents are ready and deliver to respective parties such as banks in a timely manner
• Correspondence with customers to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery
• Ensure relevant supporting certificates are ready by the registration department prior to shipment
• Coordination with freight forwarders to schedule booking, transport & shipping documentation arrangements
• Provide daily customer service to customers or distributors on order follow up and shipping information
• May need to prepare L/C documentation and LC negotiation
• Other Admin and Ad Hoc duties when required.
• Preferably with some Book keeping knowledge

Required skills:

• Experience in import and export documentation and shipping procedures
• Basic Bookkeeping
• Company is doing packaging food and meat trading.
