Position Responsibilities:

• Will front the Information Counter at the mall, handling phone and walk-in inquiries and assistance.
• Assist in promotional activities in the Shopping Centre such as (but not limited to) gift redemption, voucher confirmation and distribution, events and campaigning.
• Will also perform other administrative functions.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum education, “GCE N” Levels education.
• Must be computer literate, using MS Office applications, Internet, Email.
• Good communication skills in English and a secondary language in Mandarin, Malay and Hindi.
