Roles & Responsibilities

• As a team to support of supply chain order fulfilment process. Responsible for purchasing of raw materials and supporting of supply chain order fulfilment process
• Assist and maintain all purchasing master data related to suppliers, pricing and freight
• Establish contracts per global / regional / local negotiations and awarded allocations.
• Process purchase order, samples and maintain order status.
• Laise with suppliers on delivery, forecast, quality reject/claim and shipping / payment term.
• Develop alternate sources to create cost saving opportunities and improve security of supply.
• Evaluate and select suppliers that comply with specifications, regulations and sustainability sourcing requirements.
• Attend to internal / external audits and purchasing initiatives / projects
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Must have experience in F&B or food related industy

Requirement

• Min 3 years experience as a Purchasing Assistant/Executive.
• Good communication, negotiation skill and team player.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment

Job Description

• Report to the managers
• Ensure the smooth running operation of the restaurant
• Greeting, seating, and escorting guests to their tables
• Building and maintaining relationships with guests
• Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
• Assuring outlet setup is complete and walkthrough is done before the shift
• Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations
• Staying attentive to the needs of the guests in the dining area
• Serving food & beverages to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas
• Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Assist shift manager in planning and organizing special events
• Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty
• Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
• Supervise and assist in assigned workstation activities and oversee the operation of the outlet in the absence of management
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team cohesiveness
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the managers, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation, etc
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the F&B or Retail industry
• Candidates with F&B-related experience will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent team player and friendly individual
• High initiative and positive attitude
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
