We are one of the Turkish Restaurant serving authentic Turkish food in Singapore for more than 20 years. We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team.
Knowledge of Turkish and Mediterranean Cruisine.
Ability to teach fellow chef, team-players.
Good customer service skills, the ability to work flexible hours, and at least 10 years experience on Turkish cuisine is preferred.
Interpersonal skills – must interact with other chefs, management, and kitchen staff to receive instructions, feedback, and assistance.
Reading skills – the ability to read and comprehend well is necessary
Flexibility – may be required to work alternating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
